Dag 2 av årets miniferie i Norge gikk fra Folldal til Brimiland i Jotunheimen, men her deler jeg dagen opp i flere bloggposter. Her kommer noen av bildene fra turen vi hadde fra Folldal til Dovre. Å våkne til denne utsikten fra hotellvinduet var bare helt nydelig. After some great days in Rondane it was time to head back home. Our way up to Rondane was a 10 hour drive, but on our way home we decided to drive trough Dovre, Jotunheimen, Valdresflye and finally to Rjukan where we spend a night at hotel Gaustablikk. Our first stop was at the parking lot near Snøhetta viewpoint. It was quite windy, and then we realised that there was some heavy weather on the way. We started out our journey from Kristiansund on the fourth day.  Our goal this day was Dovre and Snøhetta viewpoint.   From the parking lot we had to walk for 1,5 kilometers to get to the viewpoint. This area is probably one of the most beautiful and majestic in my opinion. To watch the bare landscape seemingly endless towards the horizon gave me a sense of tranquility.  Snøhetta is the highest mountain on the photo below. It is a dream to visit this mountain one day.  Snøhetta viewpoint - the building is designed by the architectural firm Snøhetta. It is a minimalistic and beautiful construction in my opinion.   After our journey through Dovre we went down to Jotunheimen to spend the night at Brimiland Fjellstugu. This was one of the nicest places to stay, and the food was amazing. We went for a late afternoon walk in the area, and my husband was fishing while I was photographing.  TO BE CONT...
